General Information

All products are shipped via Australia Post; orders processed prior to 2pm AEST will be shipped the same day, orders processed after 2pm AEST will be shipped the following day. 

Shipping dispatches Monday to Friday.

Shipping within to Australia

Standard shipping within Australia should be received within 2-5 working days.

International Shipping

Please contact us for any purchases outside of Australia to enable us to give you an accurate shipping quote.

Return Shipping

All returns are the responsibility of the sender, please refer to the returns and refunds policy.

RETURNS

Refundable Items

Items are only refundable under the following conditions:

• The items are in an un-opened and unused condition
• The items have been purchased within 14 calendar days
• You have an invoice/order number and contacted us to create a return
• The goods arrive and are in the conditions specified

If your item meets the conditions, you may be eligible for a refund, and the refund will be created against your original payment method.

The refund will exclude delivery costs.
